Welcome from The Principal

Welcome to St Regis – thank you for your interest in the work of our academy.

It is a very exciting time at St Regis as we move into the next phase of our academy development.

St Regis recently joined Three Spires Trust in April 2023, under its previous name, The King’s. Recently dedicated a 'Good' and 'Excellent' school by Ofsted and SIAMs inspections, St Regis Academy offers families a first-class education whilst promoting values of love and respect.

At St Regis we work closely with our sister school, St Peter’s Collegiate Academy. Upon the recent partnership with St Peter’s through joining the Three Spires Trust, we have launched a joint sixth form provision. In addition, there are many exciting developments, including multi-million-pound upgrades to the buildings at each site, that are very exciting through this partnership.

At St Regis we want all our children to be happy, safe and successful. We think this starts and ends with children demonstrating good conduct and respect. We work hard to ensure the taught, tested, enriched and experienced curriculum meets the needs of all of our students. We expect all students to live The St Regis Way – respecting others, being ready to learn, and reaching your potential.

St Regis is an exciting and inspirational place to work and study – please come and see for yourself!

The St Regis Way

Ready to Learn

Ensuring our students arrive to every lesson with the correct attitude for learning is an essential part of the St Regis Way. This includes arriving at lessons on time, being fully equipped for lessons, dressed correctly in our uniform and remaining in each lesson for the duration. Every St Regis lesson begins with a 'Ready to Learn' task which is completed in silence and allows every lesson to begin with a meaningful start.

Respect Others

Respect is one of our Academy Values and ensures we are all treating others as we would wish to be treated. For students, this includes following staff instructions first time, every time & not disrupting the learning of others. The St Regis Way is respecting all visitors to our school community: staff, students, visitors and parents. We encourage everyone to 'Grow Together at St Regis'.

Reach Your Potential

At St Regis, we strive to create an environment where our young people successfully reach their God-given potential. In order to achieve this, we ask students to try their best in all they do, to fully complete the tasks set for them, to complete any extended learning tasks on time, and to take pride in their work and personal presentation.

Sporting Endeavour

We are fortunate to offer a wide range of first-class sports facilities including: our sports hall, our athletics track, football pitches, outdoor gym, swimming pool, nature reserve and extensive fitness studio! We have strong links with external sports clubs such as Tettenhall Tigers volleyball club and SLAM Basketball, as well as offering our students access to our very own Basketball Academy. Our enthusiastic PE department offer students a wide range of sporting opportunities and compete across the City in a varied range of sports competitions.

Post-16 Education

We are proud to be a part of the St Peter's & St Regis Collegiate Sixth Form, as part of the Three Spires Trust. Our job is to make sure all of our Key Stage 5 students flourish. That means to be well prepared for each challenge, ready to help others, happy and to grow to the best version of themselves.

Artistic Performance

Our Creative faculty is home to some impressive studios, including our Mac suite in our specialist music rooms, a dance/drama studio, inspiring Art rooms, a designated music recording studio and a range of practice rooms. Our Design Technology block offers state-of-the-art equipment to encourage students' creative exploration of different materials. We offer a range of artistic performance opportunities throughout each academic year including our annual summer showcase (recently 'Matilda' and 'Oliver'), our Easter music concert and our Christmas festive celebration evening.

Proud to be a part of Three Spires Trust
